During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and hygienic the hotel was, which added to the comfort of the stay. the staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcome. Another aspect I appreciated was the free shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient.
One major letdown was the absence of a reliable WiFi connection in my room, which could not be fixed despite requests. I was worried about the lack of security, as any unauthorized person could access the hotel premises without any checks.

The hotel offered free shuttle service from the airport, which was a big factor in my decision to book. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the best parts of my stay was the comfortable bed provided in the room.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that detracted from my stay. Firstly, while the shuttle service was advertised, it was not actually available when I arrived. Additionally, the hotel was not in a great location and was somewhat inconvenient for accessing other areas of the city. Finally, the security of the hotel left something to be desired, with inadequate locks on certain areas and a general lack of secure entry/exit points.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel location is very convenient, as it is close to the airport. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The comfortable bed was a plus, and the breakfast was delicious. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.
Almost perfect - we had no negative aspects to report.

It was disappointing that the hotel did not provide the free shuttle they promised for airport transfer. the location was not ideal either, not being very close to the airport. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. the room had a comfortable bed and a balcony with a nice view, although it was not accessible by a door. the bathroom was also clean and had all necessary amenities.
The hotel lacked proper security measures. the room only had a thumb latch on the knob, which could easily be bypassed by anyone who wanted to enter.
